We are currently investigating a problem where photos are not showing on tickets and in My Account for some users, and the wavy security lines are not displaying.
- All tickets in all platform regions.
We have switched to another cloud file server. Data will be restored in time to the new server, but please upload a new photo to your account if you need this is displayed immediately.
You can do this in My Account > My Photo. If the photo is not shown in My Photo after you upload it, come out and go back in again and it should be shown.
Animated security lines are now restored on tickets and these must be visible for the ticket to be valid.
