Customers are advised that NET Tramlink tickets are no longer available to purchase through the My Mobile Tickets platform, effective 06 September 2020.
However, any existing tickets that have been purchased will be valid for use until they expire. Afterwards, you will need to purchase NET Tramlink tickets from them directly. Please see here for further information.
Please note also that we are no longer able to provide Covid-19 refunds or ticket freezes for NET Tramlink tickets without their approval. You will need to contact them directly to arrange this.
